I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, right in the heart of Florence where everything is easily accessible. The rooms are beautifully designed with solid wood furniture and spacious bathrooms. The service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. However, the dining experience fell a bit short with limited options, but the included guava jam was a delightful touch. The facilities were great, and the overall value for money was excellent.
